Tailor-made, always
Every itinerary shaped around your dates, pace and preferences.
One dedicated expert
The same person from the first conversation until you return.
Decades of experience
Over 35 years shaping bespoke journeys for discerning travellers.
A destination spa is different from a hotel with a good treatment menu. The programme sets the shape of each day, and treatments build on one another across the week rather than standing alone.
We match the programme and the place to what you want to come home with, then plan the journey either side of it.
At Do Not Disturb, we match you with one of our dedicated luxury travel experts who designs a tailor-made itinerary around how you want your time away to feel. With deep destination knowledge and meticulous planning behind the scenes, we transform complex travel into something effortless and entirely your own.
The world without distraction.

IcelandBlue Lagoon Retreat, Iceland

SwedenSauna and Cold Plunge in the Stockholm Archipelago
Experience one of Sweden's oldest wellness traditions on a private island surrounded by the Baltic Sea.
ThailandKrabi’s Jungle Hot Springs
A private jungle hot spring soak in Krabi offers natural mineral hydrotherapy in complete seclusion, curated by Do Not Disturb for deep relaxation and renewal.
New ZealandAlpine Hot Pools at Dusk
A visit to Tekapo’s alpine hot pools at dusk offers rare stillness in one of New Zealand’s most elemental landscapes. As daylight fades over Lake Tekapo and the Southern Alps, warm mineral water, crisp air, andly timed darkening skies combine to create a moment of physical and mental ease.
South AfricaCederberg Rock Pools and Rooibos Ritual
A private wellness experience in the Cederberg Mountains combines natural rock pools, indigenous flora, and a guided rooibos ritual.
Each region brings its own idea of what a spa is for. In Japan, the day turns around the onsen, hot spring water drawn from volcanic ground. In Sri Lanka, an Ayurvedic doctor sets your treatments and your diet from the first morning.
Each of our picks offers a different approach, from a Finnish sauna on a frozen lake to a thermal pool above Lake Garda. For our wider approach to wellness travel, see our wellness holidays page.
Your expert will tell you which programmes are led by qualified practitioners and which are simply a list of treatments.

Thailand‘s spa culture rests on traditional Thai massage, added by UNESCO to its list of intangible cultural heritage in 2019.
In Krabi, we arrange a private soak in natural jungle hot springs. Our Thailand wellness journey is a good place to start.

On Shikoku, Dōgo Onsen in Matsuyama is one of the oldest hot springs in Japan, and a ryokan stay brings a kaiseki dinner and a private bath into the same evening.
Our Shikoku and Naoshima itinerary pairs the springs with Naoshima’s art museums.

Iceland heats its homes and pools with geothermal water.
At the Blue Lagoon, a separate spa built into the lava gives you a private geothermal lagoon away from the main pools.

Known for their wellness pursuits, the Nordics boast a variety of itineraries, including their largest spa hotel, The Well.
In Finland, the sauna is a daily habit, and our Nordic wellness journey is built around it, while in Sweden, we arrange a private sauna and cold plunge on an island in the Stockholm archipelago.

At Sirmione on Lake Garda, a thermal spring feeds the outdoor pools of the Aquaria spa, with views across the lake to the Alps.
In the Algarve, we arrange private access to the Vila Vita spa. Both fit easily into longer journeys through Italy or Portugal.

In Sri Lanka, Ayurveda is a living medical tradition, and a programme usually begins with a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor.
It pairs well with the Maldives, where JOALI Being is built entirely around wellness. Our Sri Lanka and Maldives journey links the two.

Wellness covers a wide range, and the right programme depends on what you want from the time.
Restorative stays focus on sleep and massage, with plenty of unscheduled hours. They suit a first spa stay or the end of a demanding year.
Goal-led programmes set a clear target, such as a fitness reset or a change in how you eat. They start with a consultation, and the schedule is fuller.
Tradition-led stays centre on one culture’s practice. An Ayurvedic programme in Sri Lanka and a week of Finnish sauna each follow their own rhythm, and both ask for more than a few days.

Spa menus look much the same online, and the differences show only once you arrive. Our experts know which programmes have qualified people and a clear structure behind them.
We also plan the travel so the journey does not undo the benefit, with a night to recover from a long-haul flight before a programme begins and private transfers throughout.
The same expert looks after you from the first conversation until you return.
