In detail

London

Days 1–2

London

Arrive in London and check in to your central boutique hotel. Begin with VIP entry to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour, where exclusive behind-the-scenes access allows you to see original sets, props, and costumes from the franchise.

A private guided tour of London’s filming locations reveals the city’s role in the films: Leadenhall Market as Diagon Alley, Australia House as Gringotts Bank, and the Millennium Bridge featured in the sixth movie.

Enjoy a themed afternoon tea at The Wands & Wizard Exploratorium or Cutter & Squidge before an evening performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in the West End. Private transfers and concierge service are included throughout your stay.

Oxford

Day 3

Oxford

Travel to Oxford, home to one of the world’s oldest universities and the inspiration for Hogwarts. Your private tour of Christ Church College includes the Great Hall and cloisters used in the films. Visit the Bodleian Library, one of Europe’s oldest, for access to Duke Humfrey’s medieval reading room – also seen on screen.

Your guide will lead a literary walking tour of Oxford, tracing the works of Britain’s great fantasy authors. End the day with dinner in a historic inn serving classic English dishes.

Lacock & Gloucester

Day 4

Lacock & Gloucester

Continue to the Cotswolds for a stay in a classic countryside retreat. Visit Lacock Abbey, whose cloisters appeared as Hogwarts interiors in the early films. A private tour of Gloucester Cathedral follows, where its vaulted passages were filmed for The Chamber of Secrets.

Between visits, enjoy time to explore Cotswold villages, stop at local tearooms, or relax at your hotel’s spa.

The Journey North

Day 5

The Journey North

Board a first-class train to Scotland. For an enhanced experience, travel on the Jacobite Steam Train (the real “Hogwarts Express”) crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct and passing through some of Britain’s most striking scenery.

Arrive in Edinburgh and settle into your city-centre hotel. A twilight orientation drive introduces the capital’s skyline and castle-lit streets.

Edinburgh & Alnwick Castle

Days 6–7

Edinburgh & Alnwick Castle

Explore Edinburgh’s literary and magical history with a private guide. Visit The Elephant House café, where J.K. Rowling began her first drafts, and walk along Victoria Street, whose curved architecture inspired Diagon Alley.

An after-hours tour of Edinburgh Castle provides access to the fortress after the crowds have gone. Later, visit Alnwick Castle, which doubled as Hogwarts in the first two films, and try a broomstick-flying lesson led by instructors who worked on set.

Evenings can include a whisky tasting in a historic cellar, paired with stories of Scottish folklore and legends.

Optional Experiences

Day 8

Optional Experiences

Choose from several curated day trips based on your interests.

Ancient Mysteries: Take a private helicopter flight to Stonehenge for inner-circle access with an expert archaeologist.

Arthurian Legends: Visit Tintagel Castle and Glastonbury Abbey, exploring the origins of the King Arthur myth.

Highland Magic: Fly over the Scottish Highlands, visiting standing stones and hidden glens featured in British folklore.

Each option combines cultural discovery with unique storytelling experiences.
