The world without distraction.
Request a quoteSt Barths concentrates everything the Caribbean does best into eight square miles. The beaches are exceptional, with Gouverneur, Saline, and Shell Beach each offering something distinct, from sheltered calm to open Atlantic surf. The island’s French character runs through everything, from the architecture of Gustavia’s harbor to the quality of what lands on your plate. There are no large resorts here. Accommodation is almost entirely private villas and small boutique hotels, which keeps the island quiet, discreet, and consistently well-heeled. The island is not cheap, and it is not trying to be. What it offers instead is a level of privacy, service, and understated luxury that few Caribbean destinations can match.

Sunrise on Morne du Vitet, St Barts
Morne du Vitet is Saint Barthélemy's highest point at 286 metres, and the summit offers a 360-degree view over the entire island and the waters around it. A guided sunrise ascent reaches the top before the heat of the day sets in and before the island below has woken up.
Scuba Diving at Pain de Sucre, St Barts
Pain de Sucre is the most dived site in Saint Barthélemy and one of the few in the Caribbean that works for beginners and advanced divers in equal measure. The islet just outside Gustavia harbor holds five distinct dive sites, with the 1994 Kayali shipwreck sitting at 30 metres for those with the certification to reach it.
Private Yacht Charter, St Barts
A private charter reaches the bays St. Barts' roads never touch, from Anse de Colombier to Île Fourchue. With a captain and lunch on board, it's the island at its truest.
Swimming with Sea Turtles in St Barts
With a private guide, you can snorkel the St Barthélemy Natural Reserve's quietest bays at the right hour, alongside wild green and hawksbill turtles.
Travel guide

St Barths has no mass tourism infrastructure because it has never wanted any. The airport’s short runway limits arrivals to small aircraft, which effectively controls the flow of visitors in a way no planning policy could achieve as elegantly.
The island attracts a clientele that values discretion, and the local hospitality industry has spent decades learning how to serve them. Villa rental dominates the accommodation market, meaning most visitors have their own pool, their own kitchen, and their own staff if they want them.
Gustavia’s harbor fills with superyachts in high season, but the beaches remain quiet enough to feel private even in December and January.
A fully crewed day charter around St Barths and neighboring islands, with snorkeling stops, lunch prepared on board, and sunset back into Gustavia harbor.
A curated picnic setup on one of the island’s quieter beaches, arranged through your villa concierge or hotel with locally sourced food and wine.
A reserved table at one of Gustavia’s best harbor-front restaurants, with a menu built around the island’s French culinary traditions and fresh local catch.
Five minutes walk from Gustavia harbor and consistently overlooked by visitors staying further around the coast, Shell Beach offers the same calm water and relaxed atmosphere as the more famous beaches without the drive.
A short walk from the road that rewards you with both the beach on the far side and birdlife around the pond itself. Most visitors drive past the trailhead entirely.
The Tuesday and Saturday morning market in Lorient is small, genuinely local, and a world away from the harbor restaurants. Fresh produce, local vendors, and almost no tourists.
December to April is St Barths' high season, warm and dry at 75–84°F, with reliable trade winds keeping the heat gentle. May to November is warmer and more humid, with the most rain from August to October.
High season from December through April brings warm, dry weather with temperatures between 75 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit and reliable trade winds that keep the heat comfortable.

The island’s hilly terrain means microclimates vary slightly between the windward and leeward coasts.
St Barths is not directly accessible from long-haul international flights. The standard route from the US and UK involves a connection through St Martin, either by air on a small inter-island aircraft or by high-speed ferry.
From St Martin’s Princess Juliana Airport, the flight to St. Barth takes around ten minutes on a small prop aircraft. The ferry from Marigot or Oyster Pond takes thirty to forty-five minutes depending on conditions.
From the US, St Martin receives direct flights from New York, Miami, and other East Coast cities, with American, United, and Delta all serving the route. From the UK, Air France via Paris is the most reliable connection, with British Airways via Antigua offering an alternative.
Do Not Disturb coordinates the full journey, including inter-island connections, villa or hotel transfers, and any onward arrangements from the moment you land in St Martin.
