At a glance...

Your adventure begins in Dublin, a city that’s redefined itself as one of Europe’s most dynamic capitals. Instead of pub crawls and crowds, think electric bike tours, private cathedral access, and fine dining that rivals any major culinary city.

From there, travel south through Kilkenny’s medieval streets and along the Copper Coast, where you’ll stay in some of Ireland’s most beautiful estates. Each property – from Mount Juliet to Adare Manor – offers more than just luxury accommodation. Whether it’s falconry on manicured lawns, sheepdog demonstrations in rolling fields, or whiskey tastings straight from the cask, every experience feels crafted with care.

The route weaves together iconic Irish moments – the wild Cliffs of Moher, the history of Cobh and the Titanic, and the warmth of country hospitality at Ballymaloe House.

In detail

Dublin

Days 1–2

Dublin

Arrive in Dublin, where your private driver welcomes you to Ireland’s capital. Settle into your hotel and take time to explore before your first full day of discovery. Visit Kilmainham Gaol, a moving landmark of Ireland’s revolutionary past, and enjoy a private, after-hours tour of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, where centuries of history are brought to life. Between the city’s architecture, culture, and modern food scene, Dublin offers a perfect introduction to the country’s mix of old and new.

Kilkenny & Mount Juliet

Days 3–4

Kilkenny & Mount Juliet

Head south to Kilkenny, one of Ireland’s most atmospheric towns. Stroll The Medieval Mile with your guide, explore Kilkenny Castle, and wander through winding streets filled with artisan shops and galleries. Then retreat to Mount Juliet Estate, a country escape of elegance and calm.

Here, the pace slows. Watch a sheepdog demonstration, explore the ruins of Newtown Jerpoint, or spend the afternoon fly-fishing or horseback riding along the River Nore. The estate’s falconry and fine dining capture the spirit of Irish country life at its most graceful.

Arthurstown & The Copper Coast

Days 5–6

Arthurstown & The Copper Coast

Travel south through Arthurstown, stopping at the Dunbrody Famine Ship and Kennedy Homestead for a glimpse into Ireland’s emigrant story. Visit the serene Tintern Abbey, then unwind at Dunbrody Country House Hotel, known for its warm hospitality and refined simplicity.

The next day, follow the Copper Coast, where ocean cliffs and quiet beaches line the road to Ballymaloe House. En route, visit Lismore Castle and its extraordinary gardens before a private cooking class at Ballymaloe. Using fresh, seasonal produce from the estate, you’ll learn the traditions that define Ireland’s farm-to-table cuisine.

Cobh, Blarney & Adare

Days 7–8

Cobh, Blarney & Adare

Travel to Cobh, the colourful harbour town that was the Titanic’s final port of call. Your private walking tour shares the human stories behind its maritime past, before a behind-the-scenes experience at the Jameson Distillery in Midleton – complete with tastings of rare Irish whiskeys.

Continue to Blarney Castle, where you can explore its gardens and, if you wish, kiss the famous stone for luck. Then arrive at Adare Manor, one of Ireland’s most remarkable hotels. Spend your time enjoying spa treatments, fine dining, and the estate’s tranquil parkland – a destination in itself.

County Clare - Wild Landscapes & Farewell

Days 9–10

County Clare - Wild Landscapes & Farewell

Your final days bring you west to County Clare, a region of limestone plateaus, wildflowers, and sea cliffs. Explore The Burren with your private guide, visiting ancient tombs and hidden caves, before viewing the Cliffs of Moher by private boat – a perspective few travelers experience.

After a final evening reflecting on your journey, you’ll enjoy a seamless private transfer to Shannon Airport.

Dining the Wild Atlantic Way Aniar in Galway and Chestnut in west Cork hold Michelin stars and serve tasting menus built entirely around what the land, the shore and the season provide.
