At a glance

The Landings stands on Pigeon Island Causeway Beach on the northern tip of St Lucia, overlooking Rodney Bay. Opened in 2007 as the island’s first private residential yacht community, it operates as an all-suite resort with 72 residences, a private marina, three swimming pools, and direct access to one of the most celebrated beaches on the island.

The scale and configuration of the property sets it apart from most resorts in St Lucia. Spacious one, two, and three-bedroom suites with fully fitted kitchens, living areas, and private balconies or terraces give the property the feel of a private residence rather than a hotel, well suited to families and couples alike. Butler service is available for stays of four nights or more.

The dining programme draws on the fresh catch of the Caribbean and produce from the hills of St Lucia, with multiple restaurants, bars, and private dining options across the resort.
