Casa de Agua spans over 20,000 sq ft, making it the largest spa in Central America. Every visit opens with a purifying ritual using hand-harvested Costa Rican clays and oils in a greenhouse-style hydrotherapy pool.

Days at AltaGracia span the saddle, the trail, and the sky. Guests can ride with the resort’s equine herd, tackle the Roca de Nubes hike, or take to the air by ultralight. Cooking classes, coffee plantation tours, and cacao farm visits cover the culinary side, with day trips reaching Uvita and the North Caribbean coast.
Hacienda AltaGracia has 50 freestanding casitas across the property, with multiple categories ranging from the entry-level options through to the largest pool-equipped villas. Every casita includes a private terrace, full bathroom, and the same finish standard across the lineup.
The three categories below cover the more notable options. Smaller Casita rooms fill out the lower tiers for guests on shorter stays.
The Casa con Piscina runs to 1,314 sq ft and pairs a canopied king bed and large picture windows framing rolling countryside with a private heated plunge pool on the terrace.
Inside, a wet bar, powder room, dressing area, and en-suite with double vanity round out the layout. The right choice for couples who want a private pool and a longer stay base.
The Casita Grande covers 1,578 sq ft and suits groups or families travelling together. Two adjacent but separate suite-style bedrooms, one king and one with two queens, each have their own entrance, lounge, and private terrace.
The configuration keeps privacy intact while keeping everyone under one roof. The right choice for two-couple or single-family bookings who want both connection and individual space.
The Casa Grande con Piscina is the most generous option at 1,798 sq ft, with two grand bedrooms flanking a vaulted living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
