The itinerary moves from the tranquil cloudforest retreat of El Silencio Lodge & Spa to the rainforest hideaway of Nayara Tented Camp in Arenal, and finally to Casa Chameleon Las Catalinas, complete with panoramic ocean views.

Day 1
Begin your honeymoon with a private transfer to El Silencio Lodge & Spa, a peaceful sanctuary set in the heart of the cloudforest. On arrival, plant a tree together as a symbol of your shared future before wandering through the property’s hummingbird gardens and misty forest trails. In the afternoon, unwind with a couples’ treatment at Esencia Spa, followed by a glass of wine on your terrace as evening settles over the valley.
Day 2
Set out on a guided hike through the forest to discover hidden waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of tropical birds. Your guide will share stories about the local ecosystem and point out wildlife along the way. In the evening, a romantic surprise awaits – a private dinner reached by a suspended bridge and served on a secluded deck lit by candles and torches. Enjoy a bespoke menu prepared just for you, surrounded by the soft chorus of the forest at night.
Day 3
After breakfast, your private driver will take you north to Arenal, where the rainforest meets the iconic Arenal Volcano. Check into your luxurious tented suite at Nayara Tented Camp, where a private plunge pool fed by natural hot springs offers the perfect place to relax after your journey. As the sun sets behind the volcano, enjoy cocktails together and settle in for an evening surrounded by the sounds of the jungle.
Day 4
Today, experience the rainforest from above on a private tour of Arenal’s famous hanging bridges. Walk hand in hand through the treetops as your guide helps you spot exotic birds, monkeys, and orchids hidden among the leaves. Later, explore the trails of Arenal Volcano National Park before returning to your lodge to soak in the mineral-rich thermal waters. End the day with a quiet dinner under the stars.
Day 5
Spend the morning on a private wildlife excursion focused on Costa Rica’s most beloved resident – the sloth. Your guide will help you spot them resting in the canopy and share fascinating insights into their habits. Continue to a cacao plantation for a chocolate-making workshop where you’ll create and taste your own artisanal treats. Back at Nayara Tented Camp, unwind in your plunge pool and toast the sunset with cocktails before a romantic dinner for two.
Day 6
Say farewell to Arenal as you travel west towards the Pacific. Your private driver will make a stop at Llanos de Cortes Waterfall, a hidden gem perfect for a refreshing swim. By afternoon, arrive at Casa Chameleon Las Catalinas, an adults-only retreat overlooking the ocean. Settle into your villa, complete with a private infinity pool and sweeping views of the sea, and enjoy a relaxed evening watching the sunset from your terrace.
Day 7
Set sail on a private catamaran for a day on the water. Glide along the coast to discover hidden beaches and coves, with time to snorkel among tropical fish or simply bask in the sun on deck. Enjoy a gourmet picnic and chilled champagne before sailing back as the sky turns gold. In the evening, dine by candlelight at your resort’s oceanfront restaurant.
Day 8
Spend your final full day at your own pace. Start with a yoga session on the beach or explore coastal trails that wind through the hills around Las Catalinas. Choose to pamper yourselves with a couples’ spa ritual, try paddleboarding at sunrise, or relax by your private pool with a good book. However you spend the day, it’s a chance to slow down and simply enjoy being together.
Day 9
After a leisurely breakfast overlooking the Pacific, your private driver will take you to Liberia Airport for your return flight.
