The brand’s wellness-first philosophy shapes everything from the room amenities to the spa programme.
The address puts the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and the Colosseum within walking distance. Most of central Rome is navigable on foot from here.
The spa, structured around the ancient Roman bathing sequence of caldarium, tepidarium, and frigidarium, is one of the more serious hotel wellness facilities in the city. NOTOS Rooftop restaurant and the all-day BIVIUM at street level handle dining at opposite ends of the spectrum.
BIVIUM operates at street level as an all-day restaurant, bar, and deli drawing both hotel guests and locals. The format is relaxed enough for a morning coffee but capable of a full dinner, with a menu rooted in Italian seasonal produce.

Rome Fiumicino Airport is approximately 40 minutes by car. Rome Termini, the main rail hub with direct connections to Florence, Naples, and the high-speed network, is around 15 minutes.

At 222 sqm, the Lata Suite spans two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living space with kitchenette configured for private chef dining. On the fourth floor adjacent to the Salviati Suite, it is the hotel’s most significant accommodation.

A 101 sqm dual-aspect suite with views over both the quiet internal courtyard and Piazza di San Marcello from a leafy private terrace. The king bedroom, separate living and dining room, and independent bathroom configuration give the suite proper separation from the hotel.
For guests who want outdoor space and dual outlooks without committing to the scale of the Lata Suite.
At 100 sqm split evenly between interior and terrace, this loft-style suite on the third or fourth floor leads to a generous outdoor living area with views across a quintessentially Roman roofscape. The terrace proportion relative to room size is unusually generous for the category.
