Five dining venues anchor a culinary programme built around local sourcing, led by 1 Kitchen’s seasonal menus from the hotel’s organic garden and island farms. The Bamford Wellness Spa and a 10,000-square-foot Anatomy Fitness centre form the wellness core. Vitality Kaua’i brings functional medicine and advanced diagnostics on-property, while touchless therapies include floatation tanks and hyperbaric oxygen.
