A 50-minute speedboat ride from Male International Airport puts the resort within easy reach.
The OBLU Island Plan covers all meals, unlimited beverages, non-motorised watersports, snorkelling equipment, traditional line fishing, and sunset dhoni rides as standard. Sunrise and sunset-facing overwater villas with private pools, a two-bedroom family villa range, and the Water Suite with Pool give the property a strong accommodation spread for couples and families.
Four dining venues including The Spice main restaurant and the new Raaga Route, the ELE|NA spa with overwater treatment villas, and a PADI dive centre with direct access to the Helengeli house reef complete a property that positions itself at the more accessible end of Maldivian luxury without compromising on the setting.
The Spice is the main restaurant, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner covering a wide range of traditional Maldivian cooking and international cuisine. Breakfast is served as a buffet with live cooking stations.
Raaga Route is the specialty restaurant added during the resort’s renovation, alongside Helen’s Pool Bar, which handles cocktails, beers, wines, soft drinks, and tea and coffee through the day as part of the OBLU Island Plan.
The ELE|NA spa covers a wide treatment menu including traditional Maldivian remedies and signature rituals such as Shirodhara, where aromatic oils are gently dripped onto the forehead.
Meditation and yoga classes are also available, with an overwater gym added during the recent renovation.
The PADI dive centre at the resort handles courses from beginner to expert, with the famed Helengeli house reef rated among the best for snorkelling and diving in the Maldives.
A full range of watersports is also available, with an interactive Kids Club and Nature Centre on site for younger guests to learn about the local flora and fauna.
