Dining pulls in two directions: La Table delivers refined fusion cuisine combining Japanese precision with Latin American flavours, while the Beach Club keeps things relaxed with Mediterranean grills, sunbeds, and hammocks by the water. A hotel-owned Surf Shack, the Serenity Cottage spa, and a state-of-the-art gym round out the offer.
Le Toiny’s culinary offer spans two distinct settings. La Table is the headline act: an intimate restaurant serving contemporary fusion cuisine built around a sharing concept, drawing on Japanese technique and Latin American flavours, with panoramic ocean views.
The Beach Club keeps things relaxed with Mediterranean grills, sunbeds, and a Thursday Beach Extravaganza featuring live music and fire shows.
The Serenity Cottage delivers spa treatments inside a historic beachside home, drawing on the natural setting of the Atlantic coast to add character to a traditional spa stay.
A state-of-the-art gym sits alongside the cottage, with concierge-arranged yoga and wellness sessions available across the wider 17-hectare palm grove.
The hotel’s own Surf Shack offers lessons on one of the best breaks in St Barths, taking direct advantage of the Atlantic-facing position that distinguishes Le Toiny from the leeward properties.
