The seven-bedroom, six-bathroom estate spans over 6,000 square feet of living space, including a guest house, wrapped by 360-degree mountain vistas. Walls of glass create an indoor/outdoor flow throughout, with multiple alfresco dining areas, a ping-pong table, and lawn games across the grounds.

Outside, the property holds an infinity-edge pool with integrated waterfall spa, deluxe loungers, and private cabanas. A four-hole putting green is on hand alongside, with fireside lounging once evening falls. Inside, a sunken wet bar, a game room with billiards and arcade games, and park-like grounds with stately palms, cactus gardens, and a striking curtain fig tree. Food and Drink

The chef’s kitchen is built for cooking at scale, with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, a gas range, and a large centre island, fully stocked with cookware, glassware, and place settings.

The dining room seats 12 and the kitchen nook another 8, with a sunken wet bar and pass-through windows for serving outdoors. Out in the yard, a covered dining area seats 10, set up for long alfresco dinners under the desert sky.
Spa and Wellness

The centrepiece outside is a lagoon-style infinity pool with a beach entry, waterfalls, tanning shelves, and in-pool bar seating, with a raised waterfall spa at its heart.

Misting systems keep the covered areas cool through the desert heat, and a firepit takes over after dark for stargazing. The five acres of grounds are landscaped with cactus gardens, plumeria, and palms, with shaded corners to step away from the group.
Location

La Paz stands in Cahuilla Hills, a quiet, exclusive pocket of Palm Desert with 360-degree mountain views, about five minutes from El Paseo and its shopping and restaurants.

Golf, tennis, hiking trails, and spas are all close, and Palm Springs is a short drive west, with Indian Wells and Indio, home of Coachella, to the east. On-site, there is a four-hole putting green, a game room, ping pong, and lawn games.

Bedrooms

8 bedrooms across three buildings, sleeping up to 18 in 3 kings and 6 queens. The main house holds four, led by a master suite with a king bed, private doors to the yard, and an en suite with a soaking tub and shower.

A separate guest house adds three more, alongside a game room and kitchenette, and a standalone casita holds its own queen room and bathroom. Most bedrooms open straight to the yard.
