  • Days 1-3: Paris

    Days 1-3: Paris

    Begin in Paris, France’s iconic capital. Stroll the grand boulevards, pause at café terraces, and take in views of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. In the Latin Quarter, join a private wine-tasting session led by a local expert – a journey through France’s regions in a single evening, from Burgundy reds to sparkling Champagne.

    Spend your free time exploring the Louvre, browsing small galleries, or enjoying dinner at a neighbourhood bistro. Each evening, return to your boutique hotel that makes for a calm retreat in the heart of the city.

  • Day 4: Champagne

    Day 4: Champagne

    Travel east to Champagne, where rolling hills and chalky soil give rise to the world’s most celebrated bubbles. Visit a family-run vineyard for a private tour, then head underground into ancient cellars for a tasting of vintage cuvées.

    Afterwards, stop in Reims for lunch and a visit to its Gothic cathedral – a real masterpiece of French architecture that has witnessed centuries of coronations and history. Return to Paris in the evening, relaxed and inspired.

  • Days 5-6: The Loire Valley

    Take the morning train south to the Loire Valley, a region of fairytale châteaux and riverside towns. Your driver will take you to your elegant countryside château in Chinon, where vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see.

    Spend your days exploring the region’s highlights: the medieval Château de Chinon, with its sweeping views over the Vienne River, and the historic Bouvet Ladubay cellars beneath St Florent Abbey, where you’ll sample sparkling wines made in the traditional method. Enjoy an unhurried pace with mornings spent exploring followed by afternoons of pure leisure.

  • Days 6-8: Bordeaux

    Days 6-8: Bordeaux

    Continue to Bordeaux, one of France’s most gorgeous wine regions. Visit the prestigious Médoc estate of Château Margaux for a private tasting and vineyard tour, followed by dinner at a renowned local restaurant where Bordeaux wines take centre stage.

    The next day, journey to Saint-Émilion – a UNESCO World Heritage village surrounded by vines. Walk its cobbled streets, explore its ancient monolithic church, and enjoy a guided tasting in one of its acclaimed wineries.

  • Days 8-10: Provence

    Days 8-10: Provence

    Your final chapter unfolds in Provence, home to France’s sprawling fields of lavender. Stay in a country retreat near the hilltop village of Ménerbes, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
