Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts sits on Motu Tevairoa, a ten-minute boat ride from Bora Bora Airport and fifteen minutes across the lagoon from Vaitape village. Rooms range from overwater bungalows out above the water to beach suites with private plunge pools and garden villas built in traditional Polynesian style.

What sets the resort apart is the art. Sculptures, paintings, and decorative pieces by local Polynesian artists are displayed across the property, and a series of tikis runs through the grounds. The in-house shop, Bora Bora Original, sells island-made pieces.

There are three restaurants on site. The signature one, Otemanu, sits at the highest point of the resort, and Miki Miki Bar takes care of sundowners over the water. Between the Polynesian ownership, the architectural detail, and the five-star service, it offers something you won’t easily find elsewhere in French Polynesia.

Food and Drink

Three restaurants spread across the property, each with a different mood. Otemanu sits at the highest point, serving breakfast buffet with lagoon views and Mount Otemanu as a backdrop, opening for dinner under the open sky with a Friday Polynesian buffet and live show.

Miki Miki and Poerava handle the rest alongside two bars, with cuisine built around international cooking with a French-Polynesian influence. Beach dinners and in-villa room service are available on request.
Gallery and Polynesian Culture

The resort doubles as a showcase for Polynesian culture, with sculptures, paintings, and decorative pieces by local artists displayed throughout the grounds. The collection tells the history of the islands through the work of different Polynesian artists, and includes a series of tikis.

A dedicated gift shop, Bora Bora Original, stocks art, fashion, and island-made pieces for guests looking to take something home from the islands.
Location

Motu Tevairoa sits ten minutes by boat from Bora Bora Airport and fifteen minutes across the lagoon from the village of Vaitape. The position balances seclusion with straightforward access to the main island.

Overwater bungalows, beach villas, and garden villas all face Mount Otemanu across one of the South Pacific’s most recognizable stretches of water. The motu is private and the resort holds it entirely.

End of Pontoon Overwater Suite

The End of Pontoon Overwater Suite covers 667 sq ft at the far end of each pontoon, giving these suites the most privacy in the overwater lineup. The layout runs a bedroom with en-suite featuring a bathtub and separate shower, plus a sundeck with gazebo and direct lagoon access.

Glass-top features in the bedroom, coffee tables, and beside the bathtub keep the lagoon view present throughout. Recently remodeled for additional amenities including Nespresso machines and larger TVs.

Garden Villa Pool

The Garden Villa Pool runs to 871 sq ft, the largest accommodation in the lineup, designed in the style of a traditional Polynesian faré (house) and set among the resort’s tropical gardens.

Inside, a spacious bedroom and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers. The villa extends to a generous sundeck with plunge pool and gazebo. A natural fit for guests wanting a land-based stay with private water access.

Overwater Suite with Pool

The Overwater Suite with Pool sits at the end of the pontoon facing Mount Otemanu. A spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom inside, and a private terrace with dining area and direct lagoon access outside.

A glass-bottom feature shows the lagoon below, and a plunge pool faces Mount Otemanu directly. The headline overwater category for guests wanting both lagoon access and a private pool with the mountain view.
