Conrad Bora Bora Nui has its own cove on Motu To’opua, on the western side of the lagoon. Overwater villas float above the water and soft-sand beaches stretch out below Mount Otemanu, while hillside garden suites are positioned for the sunset behind the resort.

The standout here is the cooking. Conrad is the only resort on Bora Bora using an Ahi Ma’a, a traditional Polynesian underground oven that slow-cooks meat and seafood for up to 12 hours over coconut leaves and rocks. Five other restaurants and bars handle the rest, from French cuisine at signature restaurant Iriatai to modern Chinese at Banyan, set beside a century-old tree.

Wellness is taken care of at the Hilltop Hina Spa, which looks out across the lagoon to Maupiti Island. There’s also Motu Tapu, the resort’s private islet, available for full-day excursions with chef-prepared picnics.

Food and Drink

Five venues cover the dining spectrum, anchored by signature restaurant Iriatai, serving French cuisine with lagoon views. Banyan handles seafood and modern Chinese dishes alongside a century-old banyan tree, and Tamure Beach Grill works al fresco Mediterranean and Polynesian cooking from an open kitchen.

Conrad is the only resort in Bora Bora running Ahi Ma’a, a traditional underground oven technique using coconut leaves and rocks to slow-cook meat and seafood for up to 12 hours.
Spa and Wellness

Hina Spa is set at the top of a hill, named for the Polynesian moon goddess, with panoramic views across the lagoon to Mount Otemanu and Maupiti Island. The treatment line uses Biologique Recherche skincare products.

The configuration runs three double treatment villas with whirlpool, an outdoor double treatment area, and four single rooms. In-villa treatments are available on request for guests wanting to stay on the lagoon side.
Location

Motu To’opua holds the resort on Bora Bora’s western lagoon side, a private cove with overwater villas floating directly above the water and uninterrupted views toward Mount Otemanu and Maupiti Island.

Hillside suites sit behind the lagoon line for sunset positioning. The resort’s private islet, Motu Tapu, is available for day trips with chef-prepared picnics, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and supervised shark encounters in the lagoon.

King Overwater Pool Villa

The King Overwater Pool Villa has fully retractable windows opening onto a terrace with private infinity pool, overwater hammock, and sun loungers. Direct lagoon access from the terrace allows swimming or snorkeling straight from the villa.

Inside, the layout runs a king bed, separate seating area, and bathroom with tub. Sleeps up to three adults or two adults and two children under 13. The right choice for couples or smaller families wanting overwater positioning with a private pool.

King Lagoon View Suite

The King Lagoon View Suite sits on the shore side of the property with a king bed and a large private terrace facing the lagoon. The configuration includes connecting rooms for families and a separate seating area.

Sleeps up to four adults or two adults and two children under 13. A natural choice for guests wanting lagoon views without the overwater positioning, at a more accessible price point than the pool villa categories.

Presidential Overwater Villa

The Presidential Overwater Villa runs two stories with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, sauna, two dressing rooms, and a spacious living room. Outside, three private terraces, an infinity pool overlooking the horizon, a whirlpool, sunbeds, dining table, and bar lounge area complete the layout.

Personal butler service runs across each Presidential booking. Sleeps up to six guests. The flagship category for groups wanting maximum space and the most generous private outdoor area on the property.
