Airelles Palladio occupies a 16th-century address on La Giudecca, the island that drew Venetian aristocracy and artists for centuries. Nearly one hectare of gardens surround the complex, a scale almost impossible to find this close to the center of Venice.
La Giudecca sits directly across the Giudecca Canal from the Dorsoduro and San Marco sestieri. The island is quiet by Venetian standards, with a local character the more trafficked areas of the city have largely lost, yet it is minutes from St. Mark’s Square by water taxi or hotel boat.
The view from the canal-facing rooms and terraces across to St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace is the defining reason to stay here. No other Venice hotel holds this sightline. At 1,700 square metres across three floors, this is the largest spa in Venice. Facilities include an indoor pool, a serenity garden, a yoga studio, a hammam, Finnish saunas, and a Japanese Iyashi Dôme. The property has three outdoor pools in total, with a fourth reserved for the private villa.

La Giudecca is one of Venice’s quieter residential islands, separated from Dorsoduro by the Giudecca Canal. The hotel’s position delivers an unobstructed view of St. Mark’s Square from the water-facing side. Marco Polo International Airport is approximately 45 minutes by private water taxi or public boat. Vaporetto Line 2 connects La Giudecca directly to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto. The hotel operates its own boat service for guests.

Bathrooms feature a bathtub and walk-in shower throughout, with select rooms adding a hammam shower.

Signature Suites occupy the main Palladio building and are configured as private apartments: living and dining areas, a kitchenette, and full bathrooms with a bathtub, Italian shower, hammam shower, double vanity, and a dressing room. Views are either across the canal toward St. Mark’s from a private terrace, or over the Palladio gardens and the lagoon.
Suited to guests staying several nights who want to structure their time in Venice on their own terms. The terrace-facing rooms represent some of the most compelling accommodation in the city.
Set within Villa Frollo, the Suite del Doge spans 450 square metres across four bedrooms. Soaring ceilings, original wall frescoes, and period antiques define the interiors, alongside a full living area and kitchen. The suite takes its name from the view directly across the canal to St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace.
The largest and most architecturally significant accommodation at the property. Reserved for guests who want the full spatial and visual register of Venice from a single address, without compromise on privacy or scale.
