Food and Drink

Cap Juluca’s dining is spread across five distinct venues along Maundays Bay. Pimms is the resort’s flagship fine dining restaurant, serving elevated Anguillian cuisine and Caribbean classics in an open-air waterside setting.

Uchu brings authentic Peruvian flavours and a ceviche bar to the pool terrace, while Cip’s by Cipriani offers a casual Italian menu of antipasti, pasta, and the signature Cipriani carpaccio. The Cap Shack serves Anguilla’s national dish, along with grilled lobster and rum punch, right on the sand.

Spa and Wellness

The Cap Juluca Spa by Guerlain stands directly on Maundays Bay, drawing on Anguilla’s Arawak heritage and Guerlain’s wellness traditions across seven treatment rooms, a wellness suite, and multi-temperature plunge pools.

A rooftop infinity pool overlooks the Caribbean Sea, while the wider programme includes yoga, pilates, and a fully equipped 2,600 square foot fitness studio.

Location

Cap Juluca stands on Maundays Bay on Anguilla’s western coast, within a short drive of the island’s other main beaches and restaurants, while remaining private enough to feel entirely removed from the rest of the island.

The island’s low-key restaurant scene at Blowing Point and along the west coast is close by, with the ferry to Marigot on French Saint Martin around 15 minutes away by car. Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport is around 25 minutes by car.

The Beachfront Junior Suites feature a seating area, large bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers, and private outdoor terraces just steps from the beach. With expansive ocean views and thoughtful details, these suites offer a more elevated experience.

The Beachfront One-Bedroom Suites add further space, with separate living and dining areas that open to expansive private terraces suited to entertaining or enjoying the scenery in privacy. Each suite is finished in a Caribbean-inspired design.

At the top of the collection, the Beachfront Private Pool Suites combine indoor and outdoor living with a private pool and terrace with direct beach access, offering the most secluded stay on the property.
