Chef Christophe Moret leads a two-Michelin-starred kitchen at Le Parc, complemented by the more relaxed Brasserie Le Jardin and a wine list running to over 600 Champagne labels. Bar La Rotonde covers everything from afternoon Champagne to late jazz evenings, and a wine list of over 600 Champagne labels extends across every venue.

Wellness at Domaine Les Crayeres takes a considered rather than clinical approach. The six-hectare park, a tennis court, and tailored in-room treatments arranged on request form the framework, with two days spent eating exceptionally well in a building with over a century of history doing much of the rest.
