Six dining and drinking spots across the property. Norma’s holds open-air patio dining with breakfast served all day. Mister Parker’s combines chic decor with a touch of whimsy, with a romantic feel and an extensive wine and cocktail offering for evening dining.

Counter Reformation pours an artfully curated selection of wines with paired small plates in a Parisian-style wine bar. The Mini Bar is designed as a jewel box with dark emerald stones and mirrored accents. The Lemonade Stand handles poolside refreshment, and Miss Parker’s is the resort’s two-person poolside dinner spot with a dedicated butler and chef.

Spa and Wellness

The Palm Springs Yacht Club is the resort’s spa, with a wide range of treatments tailored to each guest and built around premium products and current techniques.
