Food and Drink

Dining at Santani follows the Rasa Haya concept, a personalised Ayurvedic nutrition approach built around individual constitution and wellness goals. There are no printed menus.

The kitchen proposes a menu to each guest each day based on dietary preferences and health objectives, using fresh organic vegetables grown on site alongside locally sourced ingredients. All meals are prepared with attention to digestive balance and nourishment. Full-board rates are available across all room categories.
Spa and Wellness

The spa is built into the hillside across 6,000 square feet, with treatment rooms overlooking the surrounding landscape, a thermal saltwater pool, sauna, and steam room. Treatments cover Ayurvedic therapies, body treatments, meditation, breathwork, and complementary therapies, delivered within a structured wellness programme.

Two Ayurvedic doctors are on rotation throughout the year alongside a permanent yoga teacher, with morning and evening yoga held daily at the meditation pavilion. The Visiting Masters programme also hosts guest therapists and healers from around the world. Personalised programmes cover detox, Ayurveda, yoga immersion, stress management, and weight management, structured on arrival.

The setting is deliberate: remote, quiet, and well removed from the busier circuits. The Knuckles range, a UNESCO biosphere reserve, sits in direct view, with walking and meditation built into the wider programme rather than offered as add-ons.
