The world without distraction.

At a glance

Nukutepipi is a private atoll in French Polynesia, only available on an exclusive-use basis. Your group only, for the duration of the stay.

Accommodation covers three villa types: Bungalow, Junior Villa, and Master Villa. The Master Villa sits at the heart of the island for panoramic lagoon and sunset views; the Junior Villas at the far end of the lagoon for maximum seclusion. All accommodation faces the water directly.

The cultural identity runs deep. Polynesian art, symbols, and traditions throughout the property. Activities cover land and water in significant breadth: snorkeling, wakeboarding, sailing, fishing, scuba, and whale watching from July to November on one side; tennis, archery, beach volleyball, outdoor cinema, and Polynesian craft workshops on the other. Events and weddings host up to 50 guests.

In detail

  • Spa and Wellness

    Spa and Wellness

A full spa is available on the island alongside yoga sessions, with the natural environment providing the wider wellness setting. Treatments can be arranged at any time the group prefers, in any setting on the island.

The combination of primary forest trails, a natural bird sanctuary, white-sand beaches, and the atoll’s complete seclusion gives the property a low-key wellness dimension that extends well beyond the spa itself.

  • Experiences

    Experiences

The activity program covers land and water in equal measure. On the water: snorkeling, wakeboarding, kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, fishing, scuba, and whale watching from July to November.

On land: yoga, tennis, archery, beach volleyball, outdoor cinema, Polynesian weaving, and pareo dyeing. A professional music studio with full equipment sits on-site, used by internationally recognized artists during their stays.

  • Location

    Location

Nukutepipi sits in French Polynesia’s Tuamotu Archipelago, 6,000 kilometers from the nearest continent and under 1,000 kilometers from both Bora Bora and Tahiti. The atoll is its own complete environment.

All accommodation faces the lagoon directly. The Master Villa is positioned at the heart of the island for panoramic lagoon and sunset views; the Junior Villas at the far end of the lagoon for maximum seclusion. Direct flights to Tahiti operate from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Honolulu, Paris, Tokyo, and Auckland.

Room Types

Junior Villa

The Junior Villa is set at the tranquil end of the lagoon. Each of the two Junior Villas has a central living area with a lounge and large table, two bedrooms (one king, one with two queens), each with an en-suite bathroom, shower, and private outdoor terrace.

Direct access to a private infinity pool with lagoon views is just outside. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dedicated bicycles, and an electric golf cart come as standard. The right choice for families wanting seclusion at the quieter end of the island.
