At a glance

The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort runs along a private stretch of beach, being one of the largest resorts in French Polynesia. Each villa comes with either a terrace whirlpool or a private pool, modern tech throughout, and dedicated butler service in the St. Regis tradition.

The Royal Estate sits at the top of the range, covering 1,200 sqm across three bedrooms and four bathrooms, with its own beach, a central courtyard pool, and a chef on call. Below it, the Reefside and Beachside categories come with pool villas, and the Overwater Otemanu series is the one to book for the headline views of the mountain.

Dining is split across three venues, including an overwater restaurant looking out over the lagoon and Bora Bora’s only dedicated sushi restaurant. The Iridium Spa focuses on traditional Tahitian treatments, and the resort has a private lagoon for swimming and fishing, plus a children’s activity center, which makes it one of the more family-friendly luxury options on the island.

In detail

    Food and Drink

Three restaurants serve the resort, having an overwater dining room with open lagoon views. The main venue is Bora Bora’s sushi restaurant, making the St. Regis the only resort on the island with dedicated Japanese cuisine.

Private in-villa dining is available through the butler program for guests who prefer a more secluded setting. The Royal Estate adds a private chef on request, bringing the kitchen directly into the suite.

  • Spa and Wellness

    Spa and Wellness

The Iridium Spa specializes in traditional Tahitian treatments, drawing on local techniques and ingredients including Tahitian black pearl powder and monoi oil. Treatments work around the natural environment of the islands.

The spa sits within the wider resort grounds, with surrounding lagoon and gardens forming part of the broader wellness offering. The private lagoon is available for swimming and fishing for guests wanting to be in the water.

  • Location

    Location

A private stretch of Bora Bora’s shoreline contains the resort, with direct access to a private lagoon for swimming and fishing. The boat transfer from Bora Bora Airport takes 20 minutes to cross the lagoon.

The setting gives unobstructed views of Mount Otemanu across the water. Beach and reef positioning runs the length of the property, with overwater villas extending above the lagoon on the western and southern sides.
