Villa Astarte is a 302-square-metre property spread across two levels near Elia Beach, around 10 km from Mykonos Town and 3 km from the traditional village of Ano Mera. Five bedrooms sleep up to ten, set in nearly 1,900 square metres of Mediterranean gardens.

The villa’s overflow pool and shaded outdoor living spaces make the most of the Aegean views, while the flexible layout balances traditional Cycladic architecture with a contemporary, pared-back design. Two master bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suites anchor the accommodation.

Apivita bath amenities, daily cleaning, and a welcome hamper of wine and fruit set the tone from arrival. A dedicated concierge team arranges private chefs, yacht charters, helicopter transfers, and VIP security as needed.

    Villa Astarte covers 302 square metres over two levels, with a whitewashed facade set among nearly 1,900 square metres of gardens and open space. A large overflow pool sits below living areas angled at the sea.

    The flexible split-level layout is simple but stylish, pairing traditional Cycladic lines with a contemporary, minimalist finish.

    A dedicated concierge team arranges a full range of services, from private chefs cooking in the villa to dry cleaning, luxury car and minibus transfers, VIP security, and nanny services.

    The team can also set up yacht charters, day trips to Delos, helicopter transfers, and private dinners, for a stay tailored from arrival to departure.

    The villa sits near Elia Beach, around 10 km from Mykonos Town and 3 km from the traditional village of Ano Mera, set among open vegetation that gives it a quiet, private feel.

    Elia is one of the island’s longest sandy beaches, with Paradise and the restaurants of Mykonos Town and Psarou within an easy drive. Mykonos airport is roughly 20 minutes away.

The entrance level holds a large living room with dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite, and private entrance, with a large dining terrace and pergola opening onto the gardens and sea.
