The Hotel Mousai brand currently covers two all-suite properties in Mexico: the original five-diamond Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta and the newer Hotel Mousai Cancún, both operating under the wider TAFER Hotels and Resorts group. The five-diamond rating, awarded by AAA, is the highest level the body issues.
Accommodation is all-suite across both hotels, with private plunge pools in select categories, butler service, 24-hour in-room dining, and ocean-view layouts. The design leans contemporary and architectural, set up for couples and adult travellers rather than families.
Dining is a major focus across both properties. DAO in Puerto Vallarta is the Mondrian-style contemporary Chinese venue, with Misika handling Peruvian fine-dining and NOI Italian. The Cancún property carries its own NOI alongside a rooftop with an infinity pool. The Gourmet Culinary All-Inclusive package opens up access to the full restaurant and mixology program.
Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta has five main restaurants. NOI handles contemporary Italian, DAO is the Mondrian-styled contemporary Chinese venue between the two towers, and Misika brings Peruvian fine dining with an ancestral-meets-global angle.

Spa Imagine is on the 15th floor, with 360-degree views over the ocean and rainforest. Each treatment suite takes a different chakra as its design reference, and the facilities include a hydrotherapy circuit with whirlpool, pressure-massage shower, cold plunge, and six-cycle vitality pool.

Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta is on Carretera a Barra de Navidad, on the south side of Puerto Vallarta along Banderas Bay, around 15 minutes from the airport and the historic centre.
Mismaloya Beach and Los Arcos Marine National Park are a short drive south, and the Zona Romántica with its restaurants, bars, and beach clubs is within easy reach to the north.
The Mousai Suite covers 1,069 sq ft, with ocean views, a king-size bed, a living area, and a terrace with a gold-tiled plunge pool. The curtains are controlled via an in-room iPad.
The bathroom has a dual vanity with onyx sinks and Italian porcelain floors. The entry-level suite category, well-spec’d enough that most guests do not need to upgrade.
The Mousai Corner Suite has a wraparound terrace with sliding doors on three sides — one opens to ocean views, another to the jungle, the third overlooks the resort.
The bathroom is finished in Venetian chocolate litmus, with a rain shower as the centerpiece. The right pick for guests prioritizing the multi-aspect outlook.
The Ultra Mousai Suite occupies the upper floors of the hotel, with elevated views and a private butler included in the booking. A plunge pool sits on the terrace, with the suite finished in a metallic gold, silver, and pearl palette.

The Penthouse is the flagship category, covering 2,852 sq ft. The layout holds a large dining room, library, LED screen and entertainment centre, full kitchen, bar, and an infinity plunge pool on the terrace.
