Rooms range from Garden and Classic categories through the Estate rooms to the Junior Suites, with the Croquet Lawn Rooms overlooking the exquisitely kept lawn, and four treehouses at the top of the collection, set high among the trees in the valley with private hot tubs on each terrace.
With extensive country walks, direct access to the New Forest, and the softer coastline of Hampshire close by, Chewton Glen is one of the most established country house hotel addresses in the south of England.
Chewton Glen’s dining is anchored by The Dining Room, an AA Rosette main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner across a classical setting overlooking the parkland.
The Kitchen at Chewton Glen brings in the James Martin cookery school alongside a relaxed all-day restaurant, well suited to a casual lunch after a walk in the New Forest. Afternoon tea, private dining, and terrace service in warmer months round out the offering.
The Chewton Glen spa is one of the most substantial in the south of England, with a 17-meter indoor pool, an outdoor hydrotherapy pool, saunas, steam rooms, and treatment rooms across a spa building set within the grounds.
Signature treatments, facials, and body therapies use a mix of British and international skincare brands, alongside a full gym and yoga program.
Chewton Glen stands within 130 acres of Hampshire countryside on the edge of the New Forest National Park, a short stroll from the sea at Highcliffe.
Christchurch and Bournemouth are around 15 minutes by car, with the wider New Forest walking country directly on the doorstep. London is around two hours by car or 90 minutes by train from Bournemouth to Waterloo. Southampton Airport is around 40 minutes by car.

The Estate rooms add a spacious sitting area, while Garden Rooms come with a power shower and the Classic and Estate Rooms feature a marble bathroom. All come equipped with a Bluetooth audio system.
