Estelle Manor is a Grade II-listed luxury hotel in Oxfordshire, set within 85 acres and surrounded by over 3,000 acres of parkland near Blenheim Palace. The 108 rooms span the Manor House, Walled Garden, and Stables, with private houses and Woodland Cabins available for groups.

Four restaurants cover all-day dining, Chinese-influenced cooking, and Japanese dishes at the Armoury. Deep in the ancient woodland, Eynsham Baths delivers a 3,000 square meter Roman-inspired spa experience unlike any other in the county.

Food and Drink

Estelle Manor’s six dining spaces cover serious culinary breadth. The Brasserie is the all-day anchor, serving seasonal favorites from breakfast through dinner in a south-facing room with hand-painted walls and bleached wood paneling.

The Billiards Room is an adults-only Chinese restaurant with serpent-shaped malachite velvet banquettes and a Murano glass chandelier, focused on dim sum and dishes like whole roast duck. The Glasshouse, set within the Walled Garden, is the family and dog-friendly option, with seasonal classics, wood-fired pizzas, and Dhaba Estelle Indian dishes. The Armoury serves sashimi, tempura, maki, and robata under chef Sergej Leonenko, with a sushi bar for more casual visits. The Living Room bar handles cocktails and vintage wines until late, and The Potting Shed Café covers post-workout bites and build-your-own protein shakes from 8am daily.
Spa and Wellness

The centerpiece of the Estelle wellness offer is Eynsham Baths, a 3,000 square meter Roman-inspired spa deep in the ancient woodland, with classical architecture, sculpted columns, carved marble, five pools, a vast tepidarium bathing hall, and ten treatment areas including couples’ suites and thermal cabins.

The heated outdoor pool on the Riviera-inspired South Terrace adds a sunnier counterpart. The Clubhouse gym, originally a racquets court, houses 250 square meters of state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment alongside a class studio running 48 sessions a week, from yoga and Pilates to Kettlebells and WOD. Padel courts complete the active offer on the west side of the estate.
Location

Estelle Manor stands within an 85-acre estate on the edge of Blenheim Palace parkland in Oxfordshire, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of parkland.

The Cotswolds are within easy reach, with Oxford around 20 minutes away by car. Blenheim Palace and the market town of Woodstock are close by, alongside the wider countryside walking country of the north Oxfordshire border. London is around 90 minutes by car or by direct train from Oxford to Paddington. Heathrow Airport is around 60 minutes by car.

Cosy Room

The most compact option at Estelle Manor, with king beds and thoughtful design details throughout. Small but carefully considered, these rooms deliver the full Estelle aesthetic in a more intimate footprint.

Well suited to shorter stays where the draw is the estate, the restaurants, and Eynsham Baths rather than time spent in the room. Children aged 13 and over permitted.

Estelle Suite

Named after Lady Estelle herself, these are the flagship suites of the Manor House, with silk-upholstered sofas, velvet club chairs, antique oriental rugs, a bathtub, and sweeping South Terrace views.

Eynsham Baths access and complimentary non-alcoholic minibar are included, making the offering as considered as the design. Children aged 13 and over permitted.

Stable Suite

The most generous of the Stables categories, designed with longer stays in mind. A separate seated area with bespoke dining tables gives these suites a genuine living room quality, while emperor king beds and mahogany-surround baths add to a sense of considered permanence.

Southern lawn views throughout. Dog friendly.

Hollyhock

A three-suite private house designed for intimate group entertaining, with a vaulted great room and a bar at its center. Each of the three master suites has an emperor king bed, a fireplace, a freestanding tub, and its own private outdoor terrace.

The most polished entertaining option on the estate for smaller groups, with a personal butler included. Five-minute walk from the Manor House.
