The two private villas are the most complete addresses on the property. The five-bedroom villa covers 8,000 square feet with a heated infinity pool and hot tub, a barbecue, garden, ocean-facing outdoor dining area, and terrace with sunloungers and daybeds, each bedroom with a king bed, walk-in shower, and bathtub.

The six-bedroom villa steps up to 7,000 square feet with a heated infinity pool, hot tub, gym, media room, and barbecue, with kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment included. Both villas give guests full access to all Malliouhana amenities.
