Food and Drink
The main hotel restaurant serves Mediterranean-leaning dishes poolside, in the gardens, or in the lounge, from lighter lunch plates through evening menus built around grilled fresh fish, truffle pasta, and Caribbean-influenced sharing dishes. The Chef’s Table offers a bespoke tasting menu showcasing the kitchen’s take on French Caribbean cuisine by reservation.
The rums and cigars bar is a destination in its own right, with over 120 aged rums poured beneath slowly turning ceiling fans, classic cocktails and rum punches, and a fumoir that suits the colonial setting. The Gyp Sea Beach Club on Pelican Beach operates its own food and drinks program separately.
