    Gunnar Eatery and Bar is the main restaurant and bar at Turun Seurahuone, working with domestic meat and fish from the Airisto sea area alongside local fresh produce and vegetables. The kitchen’s approach is built around clean flavors and seasonal ingredients, with a zero-waste philosophy across the operation.

    The space is designed for residents and locals alike, with a program of events and a social atmosphere that makes it one of the more visited places to eat in central Turku. The bar serves a full drinks list through the evening. Breakfast is served on the second floor Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 10am and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30am to 11am, with local specialties, warm dishes, fresh pastries, cheese, fruit, and juice.

    The hotel sauna is open daily from 7am to 10am and from 6pm to 10pm, giving guests time in the heat at either end of the day.

    The 24-hour gym on the first floor is equipped with weight-training machines and is available to all guests at no additional charge. Selected suites include a private in-room sauna for those wanting the Finnish sauna experience without leaving their accommodation.
