Icons Restaurant takes Greek produce as its foundation and builds outward into what the kitchen calls World Fusion, pairing local flavours with global technique: octopus carpaccio with citrus, grouper tempura, sea bass kebabs with fresh herbs.
Seasonal and vegetarian options feature throughout, and the wine list leans into Santorini’s volcanic-soil viticulture. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily, with the last sitting at 22:00.
The Iconic Spa menu spans Swedish and deep-tissue massages through to involved signature treatments. The Melting Sensation uses heated candle-wax oils, and Cocoon & Revitalize is a full-body detox ritual.
The standout is Santorini Springs, built around volcanic lava clay from the island to detoxify and stimulate circulation, with Calm & Sleep and Under the Sun rounding out the signature menu.
