Spend a day in the Barossa Valley, tasting wines among scenic vineyards before flying to Kangaroo Island, where sea lions rest on quiet beaches and wallabies hide among the eucalypts. Explore wild coastlines, picnic in nature, and see the Remarkable Rocks standing above the Southern Ocean.

Head into the Flinders Ranges, a vast and ancient landscape that tells the story of Australia’s outback. Then fly west to Perth, a laid-back coastal city filled with sunshine and creativity. Take a ferry to Rottnest Island, where cycling trails lead to hidden bays and the friendly quokka makes for an unforgettable local encounter.

Further north, stay at Sal Salis on the Ningaloo Coast, where coral reefs and desert dunes meet. Snorkel among tropical fish, spot whale sharks, and unwind beneath the stars.   • Days 1-4: Adelaide & Kangaroo Island

    Days 1-4: Adelaide & Kangaroo Island

    Arrive in Adelaide and settle into the Mayfair Hotel, a boutique stay in the heart of the city. Explore nearby markets, gardens, and cafés before a full-day trip to the Barossa Valley to taste Australia’s best-known wines.

    Fly to Kangaroo Island, a haven for native wildlife. Venture through bushland with a local guide, see sea lions up close at Seal Bay, and visit the Remarkable Rocks and Admiral’s Arch in Flinders Chase National Park. Return to Adelaide for a relaxed evening.
