A new cluster of bars and a supper club opens in late 2026. Food and Drink

Dining is part of the legend. The Polo Lounge is the centre of it, an LA power-dining institution serving Californian-Italian food across the day, while the Fountain Coffee Room is a 1949 soda fountain with a curved pink counter, milkshakes, and apple pie.

The Cabana Cafe handles relaxed poolside meals, and Bar Nineteen12 is the indoor cocktail spot. A set of new bars and a supper club is due to open in late 2026.
Spa and Wellness

The hotel’s spa is operated by La Prairie, with massages, facials, and body treatments, alongside a five-star beauty salon and a 24-hour fitness centre.

The heart of the property is the pool: oversized, year-round heated, ringed by private cabanas, with personal service and the original sand-club glamour intact. The 12 acres of tropical gardens, full of fountains and citrus, are made for a slow morning.
Location

The Beverly Hills Hotel stands on Sunset Boulevard, set back across 12 acres of tropical gardens from Will Rogers Memorial Park.

Rodeo Drive and its flagship stores are about four blocks south, with the rest of Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the wider city easy to reach by car. Downtown Beverly Hills is roughly a mile away, Greystone Mansion is close, and Los Angeles International Airport is around 40 minutes depending on traffic.
