Food and Drink

Six restaurants cover the resort’s dining, all included in the all-inclusive rate. TAO is the signature East-West fusion restaurant open to the sea, an AAA three-diamond award winner listed on Condé Nast Traveller’s 60 Hottest Tables.

Cariblue Windows offers a rotating tasting menu with wine pairings across a weekly cycle of five menus, open four evenings a week. Cariblue Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch buffet-style and dinner à la carte on the beach, with a West Indian Buffet and steel band entertainment every Wednesday evening. The Pavilion Grill, Wellness Café, and I-TAL, a plant-based restaurant set above the resort with panoramic views, cover every casual dining occasion throughout the day.
Spa and Wellness

The Wellness Centre overlooks the resort and has been voted one of the world’s best destination spas by Condé Nast Traveller. It houses 33 treatment rooms, exercise studios, a treetop spin studio, a thalassotherapy pool, a yoga pavilion, and a fitness centre.

Pavitra, the only Ayurvedic temple in St Lucia, stands within the centre alongside the Wellness Clinic, the Skin Clinic with Thalgo marine therapies, and a beauty salon. Meditation, Tai Chi, and yoga are included in the all-inclusive rate.

BodyHoliday stands on Cariblue Beach on the north-western tip of St Lucia, on 42 acres of tropical gardens overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Rodney Bay and Gros Islet, with their restaurants and the Friday night jump-up, are around 10 minutes away, with Pigeon Island National Park a similar distance. Castries and the capital’s marina are around 20 minutes south. The Pitons and Soufrière are around 90 minutes down the west coast. Hewanorra International Airport is around 90 minutes by car, and George F. L. Charles Airport in Castries is around 15 minutes.

Rooms

Rooms at BodyHoliday overlook the tropical gardens, the Caribbean Sea, or stand on the water’s edge, all recently refurbished with Feng Shui-inspired interiors built around the resort’s sleep programme.

Noise cancellation walls, an air quality control system, and a complimentary pillow menu are standard throughout, alongside mahogany four-poster king-size or twin beds, granite vanities, Kohler body jet showers, and white cotton robes. French doors open onto a private balcony or terrace.

Suites

The suite collection spans six categories, all overlooking Cariblue Bay. Beachside, the Oceanfront suites range from the Junior, with a freestanding soaking tub and marble vanities, to the colonial-styled Oceanfront Suite with marble floors and an oversized balcony, and the Penthouse on the fifth floor at 1,250 square feet with a Hammam and floor-to-ceiling Caribbean Sea views.

On the hillside adjacent to the Wellness Centre, the Aurora and Calypso suites offer panoramic views over the bay, personal concierge service and, in the penthouse configurations, private plunge pools.
