    Beach House serves all meals throughout the day in an open-sided setting looking directly onto the beach. The menu takes its cues from the Mediterranean, running from French pastries and charcuterie at breakfast through small plates of charred octopus, sardines, and baba ganoush at lunch, and on to freshly caught spiny lobster and braised beef cheeks at dinner.

    Bar Mélangé handles the drinks program from a tiki-style setting. A rotating selection of bespoke dining experiences includes a Sunday Beach BBQ and chef masterclasses led by Chef Julien Boury.

    The Rosewood Sense Spa brings the brand’s signature wellness programming to St Barths, with treatment rooms finished in cream and natural wood, a dedicated spa pool, and a therapist-led hiking trail along the peninsula’s rocky morne.

    The trail is a distinctive Rosewood feature, pairing the standard spa menu with a guided outdoor walking program built around the resort’s coastline.

    The quieter northeast position keeps the resort removed from the busier social circuit of St Jean and Gustavia, while remaining within a 15-minute drive of either when guests want to explore.

Room Types

Suites

Seven suite categories from 34 to 56 sqm, with four-poster king beds, larger outdoor living spaces, and in several cases private pools.

The Wellness Suite is the most distinctive at this level, set directly above the Sense Spa with private access and a raised terrace facing Marigot Bay. The Ocean View Pool Suite and Beach Pool Suite are the two strongest pool options. All suites include a sofa bed, making them practical for three guests.

Signature Suites

Nine Signature Suites in two- and three-bedroom configurations from 85 to 183 sqm. All include enhanced personal services and specially designed bars, with most adding private pools.

Settings vary: the Marechal Suite commands cliffside views over ocean and lagoon; the Lagoon Suite sits directly on the beach with a wraparound terrace; the Serenity Suite occupies a hillside position with a Balneo bathtub and private wet bar. At the top of the range, the three-bedroom Garden House and the 183 sqm Bougainvillea Suite both sleep up to seven guests.
