Gastronomy at Château La Commaraine is overseen by Christophe Raoux, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, alongside Chef Jérôme Rioux. The flagship restaurant celebrates Burgundy with precision and creativity, offering a refined tasting experience built around seasonality and terroir.

Le Clos, the hotel’s bistro and bar overlooking the winery, takes a more convivial approach with regional classics, seasonal produce, and hunting recipes come autumn.
Spa and Wellness

Set between ancient stone and open vineyard, the spa offers a heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. Three treatment rooms, including one double, host MyBlend face and body rituals combining expert technique with advanced technology.

Personalised massages and a dedicated Flora Hair Spa round out an experience designed around stillness, restoration, and reconnection with the landscape.

Château La Commaraine stands among the vineyards of Pommard in the Côte d’Or, surrounded by Premier Cru vines and UNESCO-listed terroir.

The Route des Grands Crus passes through the doorstep, with Beaune around 10 minutes north and Dijon a 45-minute drive. The wider Côte de Beaune wine country, from Meursault to Volnay, opens up by car or bicycle. Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is around 90 minutes south, with Geneva and Paris both reachable by TGV from Beaune or Dijon.
